1. Where does your brand come from?
We are a newly founded brand from Germany, based near Cologne & Düsseldorf, founded by fashion designer Viktoria Stramm.

2. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times may vary: Some products, such as scarves and accessories, arrive faster. Others take approximately 3–4 weeks because they are made to order.

3. How is it packaged?
We package your order in an environmentally friendly ECO cardboard box (made in Europe, from recycled plastic and FSC®-certified raw materials). Inside, you'll find your order in elegant black paper gift bags or packages , perfect for gifting.

4. What makes your products special?
Our printed fabrics are uniquely designed and available only from us. Each product is one of a kind.

5. Can I order multiple products?
Generally, each product can only be ordered once per order (except for scarves). If you would like more items, please use our contact form. We'd be happy to make it possible.

6. Can I return products?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days using the enclosed return slip.

But: Since each product is produced especially for you, we want to avoid returns as much as possible. Please order consciously. This way, together we can contribute to greater sustainability.
